1. Service Description
FLOX provides professional digital services and automation solutions designed for business growth and social media management. Our services are provided as a managed service, not a standalone software product.
2. Subscription & Payments
- All services are provided on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
- We offer a 7-day free trial for new users to evaluate our services.
- Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in the suspension of automation flows.
3. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% service availability, FLOX is not liable for any downtime caused by platform updates (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) or third-party infrastructure failures. Our services are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee specific growth metrics, as engagement depends on content quality and market factors.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the terms of the social platforms being automated. FLOX is not responsible for any account restrictions or bans resulting from misuse of automation or violation of third-party platform policies.
